The smartphones LG Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 and 10 tablets receive Android 4.3 version today. In the event the Brazilian Hugo Barra didn't say whether other handsets will receive the new version, but probably the Google Play editions of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One should receive the update soon.

The 4.3 version brings improvements in performance and features such as restricted profiles that allows parents control what their children can access. The new system has Bluetooth Smart low energy and OpenGL ES 3.0 support allowing better graphics for games and applications. Another innovation is the multi-user feature that enables multiple users to use the same device with different profiles.

The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean version is available over-the-air (OTA) directly on the handset, so pay attention fot that update notification.
