The tablet/phone combo I purchased from QLink is awful. The tablet does not have a SIM Card slot. It worked marginally until I began using 5G WiFi...it will not connect, so unable to log on and try to update that driver. The phone is almost as useless as the tablet; calls will not go through or drop the connection. If ANYONE has received one of the Brand-Name Tablets listed above...we want to hear about it. You know 'we' will always be stuck with the old, unpopular, crappy electronics. If there is Federal funding involved to buy the 'good stuff', it makes me wonder who actually takes them home and/or sells them on eBay.

How to get into my old phone forgot all passwords and Google accounts won't work

Why does the SIM card slot not open? The tool provided in the pack does not open the slot and I therefore cannot change service providers. I live in a small regional centre and have no easy access to a phone shop, but this should be so simple, as it was with my former phone. Ken
